Santura Engineering manufactures all types of refractory anchors as per client requirements and specifications. Our anchors have been used in Power, Steel, Cement, Petrochemicals and Refinery Industries. Our clients include blue-chip companies like Petron Engineering, Heurtey, Kaefer, Rockwool Insulation, TATA Refractory, Reliance Industries. Santura Engineering started the manufacture of counter weight systems in the late nineties. The system is used to balance Radiant Coils in the Reformer / Cracking Furnaces. Fabrication is carried out as per client’s drawings. The ‘Dead Weight’ material is from carbon steel and Cast Iron. The hollow section of the ‘H’ and ‘I’ frames of the counter weight consists of imported Graph alloy oil less bushes embedded in Carbon steel housing. The pins are made of special grade Stainless Steel 410S. Clevises are of S.S material machined in house. Certain sub-components of the counter weight are imported. Heat treatment of 8.8 grade bolts is done by our sub contractor which is closely monitored to attain hardness and tempering. The complete system is hot dip galvanized after welding.

Santura Engineering Pvt Ltd undertakes heavy Industrial fabrication & erection like onsite columns, trusses, pipe racks & all type of piping. In the past we have provided heavy structural fabrication and erection services for Petron Engineering Construction Ltd and Petron Civil Engineering. On a monthly basis Santura Engineering has the capability of doing fabrication work of 300-500 tons. We have capable and experienced management staff for execution of the same.

Peep doors fabricated from carbon steel, S.S 310, 310H along with toughened and hardened glass as per British Standards (BS). Santura Engineering Pvt Ltd has manufactured almost 75% of peep doors of the above mentioned type; in India for refineries to Engineers India limited (EIL) Specification. We can proudly boast that our peep doors are of extensive quality as we have acquired almost majority of the market share in the export of this product.
